Is ordering online secure?

We use one of the most secure online ordering systems available and aim to provide the highest possible security at all times. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Can i be guaranteed with the quality of goods you offer?

High quality of the medical and recreational cannabis we offer is the subject of our primary concern. The logic is very simple: the better the quality of goods is, the more customers we have. Thus we are very attentive and selective in the choice of the supplier, the quality of goods is thoroughly tested and the documentation is closely checked.

Do you offer discounts?

How do i place an order?

Placing an order at our online pharmacy is simple:

1. Find a product you would like to purchase and place it in your cart clicking «Add to cart» button.

2. Choose the amount of pills you need to buy. Click the ‘Checkout’ button.

3. When you check out your cart, you will have to fill in the required fields of «Order form» and select your desired payment method, after which you will be redirected to the checkout confirmation page.

What are your shipping fees?

We currently offer 15% discount on all orders & free shipping on all orders above $300 while orders below $300 will have to note the following shipping rates below;

Delivery is a $5-flat rate (applies to delivery in USA only), Same-Day delivery is $9.77 and Next-Day delivery is $10.62.

What shipping methods are available?

Currently we offer you two shipping methods:

– USPS.

– EMS Courier Delivery’s waiting period lasts 3-8 business days. Unfortunately, the Courier Delivery can take a little longer because of the delay at customs which doesn’t depend on our delivery service. That’s why we can’t guarantee, that you will receive it within 3-8 business days.

How do i track an order?

After your order has been confirmed and dispatched to the courier service, the courier service will send you an email with the delivery details of your order including a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the courier service’s web platform to track the location of your order at particular time intervals.

How long will it take to receive my order through Same-Day or Next-Day delivery?

Orders shipped through Same-Day delivery, if placed before 1:00 pm, will arrive the day the order was placed between the hours of 6:30 pm-10:00    pm. Next-Day delivery is similar; If you place the order before 11:59 pm your order will arrive the next day between the hours of 6:30 pm-10:00 pm. 

Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Orders cannot be cancelled.

What are some of the safety features of cannabis packaging?

Every legal cannabis product is packaged in child-safe, tamper-proof packaging to protect youth from the harms of cannabis. Additionally, because THC is intoxicating, the package for any product containing THC above 10 micrograms per gram, will feature a red icon to indicate the presence of THC and a message highlighted in yellow carrying a health-related warning.
